From the day it was set up, the company has had a functioning technical monitoring department. Later, a permanent product monitoring commission was established, and in 2004, the factory implemented and certified its own quality management system in the field of metal container production, in accordance with the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and the Russian GOST R ISO 9001:2008 standard.

 Today, KTK’s quality service includes three production laboratories and one technological service. The experienced chemical engineers at the central laboratory perform incoming goods and production inspections, and participate in the testing of new varnishing and paint materials.

The can production laboratory, which is fitted with modern Swiss equipment, conducts real-time monitoring of the high-capacity Soudronic welding lines and maintains a cumulative database of measurements.

The canned food production laboratory is certified, and conducts continual monitoring of end products and inspects incoming raw and auxiliary materials. We guarantee that all environmental and sanitary regulations are strictly observed. All our metal containers are made of materials authorized for contact with food products by Russia’s healthcare agencies and the Federal Service on Customers’ Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance.
